Chocolate Tempering Machine

There is also a night mode in the machine which enables the chocolate to remain ready to use. In the night mode the machine operates for short duration on set intervals as programmed in P.L.C.

• Full stainless steel chocolate tempering machine for manufacturing or tempering chocolate.
• The tank is water jacketed with temperature controller & timer.
• The machine is also fitted with votator & can also be used as a ball mill.
• The machine is fitted with a lube pump for transfer/rotation of chocolate. The machine has an adjustable output which can also be used to transfer chocolate into the Donut/Depositor.
• The machine is also fitted with Allen Bradley Programmable logic controller (P.L.C) and proface full touch screen.
• It can also be operated on variable speeds.
